First of all, wow – very nice.
Sorry I’m not good at reviewing, but I’ll say that on my screen, all the content is aligned to the left. At a high resolution, it looks a tad ugly with all the content in one corner of the screen.
My opinion only.
I clicked one of the validation links and it didn’t validate =(.

I’ve implemented some of the changes you mentioned.
I haven’t yet figured out the problem with the comments page not with the non-working categories… From what I can tell the sidebar code remains the same – so I’ll need to investigate more.
