In reply to: [LaunchKey] server offline errorI apologize for your comment falling through the cracks. It is our policy to respond to user input as quickly as possible.
With regards to availability, this issue has been priority one since LaunchKey was acquired by iovation last November. As such, we have spend the last four months designing and engineering what will be as close to a zero down time system as possible. We released the first iteration of that process on February 13th of this year. With this release, we migrated the core LaunchKey systems to iovation data centers with an active/active failover between centers. We also released a new version of the LaunchKey API, v3, to the public. This API currently supports our White Label product which is used by our largest customers. The remainder of the services and products will be migrated to the v3 API over the coming months. If you have used LaunchKey since the migration on February 13th, you may have noticed that it is considerably faster and more reliable. Due to infrastructure and networking changes, average response times have dropped to sub 100ms, push notifications are near instantaneous, and we have not had an outage since the transition.
An additional benefit to moving to the iovation infrastructure will be that we can now begin to integrate between products within iovation’s suite to provided device and contextual based information that will allow us to provide risk based factor step-up in the near future.
As always, we appreciate your comments. There is no greater resource than user feedback. Please feel free to reply if you have further questions or comments.

In reply to: [LaunchKey] Woocommerce shopThanks for the feedback. It’s always super helpful. I’ll try and answer each question individually.
- Once the LaunchKey plugin is configured, any WordPress user can pair a LaunchKey account from their profile page. If WooCommerce customers are WordPress users, this will be totally doable. If they are not WordPress users, some major changes would have to be put in place to support WooCommerce customers. That said, it is definitely something we can consider for future development.
- We do not have a premium plugin. Is there a feature you would like to see added to the plugin? If there is, let me know what it is and we can discuss that further.
- The plugin integrates directly with the WordPress login system. Whatever customization you make to WordPress login should work as expected. If there is a particular piece that is not working properly with customization or you have something else in mind, let’s discuss that as well.

In reply to: [LaunchKey] Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error. The LaunchKey plugin requires PHP 5.3+. The PHP version for your server does not meet the minimum requirement. Even if you do not use the LaunchKey plugin, I would suggest that you upgrade the PHP version on your server to at least the latest patch version of 5.4. There are no security patches being back ported to versions prior to 5.4 and you will have some fairly significant security flaws in your WordPress site.

In reply to: [LaunchKey] Woocommerce support?Frank,
We have not directly tested the plugin with Woocommerce but it should work correctly with both plugins. The plugin directly integrates with the login/logout flow and does not have any additional integration with WordPress that would affect Woocommerce. If you do encounter any issues with the Woocommerce integration, please submit an issue and we’d be glad to get the issue resolved for you.

In reply to: [LaunchKey] Multiple accounts on same siteDane,
Sorry for the late response. Email alerting wasn’t working as expected. You can use as many accounts as you like with the LaunchKey plugin. You just need to have the other user log in and pair with the LaunchKey account in their user profile.
