Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [The Events Calendar] “Indexed, though blocked by robots.txt”Great, thanks for the update! Really appreciate your help. Is there any estimate of when a workaround or option will be released?
Thanks,
ElliotThanks for the links. I reviewed the info but didn’t see anything specific to my problem. I ended up choosing “Override” and finishing the optimization — looks like everything is working now. Thanks for your help!
I see, thanks for clarifying! I uninstalled that plugin awhile ago and I’d much rather use Wordfence. Is there a recommended process (or guide, so I’m not using too much more of your time!) to make sure that Wordfence is working on my site going forward? I really just want to finish the “Optimize Wordfence Firewall” configuration!
Thanks for the help, @wfpeter. I found the path in .user.ini, but when I change it from the incorrect URL /home/stagingdomainhere.com/public_html/malcare-waf.php to my new URL /home/realdomainhere.com/public_html/malcare-waf.php, I’m unable to access the WP admin side of my site. It just results in the blank white screen. Am I missing a step somewhere?
Thank you!
Hi there, I was testing a few options (including deactivating/reactivating and installing/reinstalling the plugin) and now everything seems to be working — the correct events are showing up in Events > Events for both “All Events” and “Past Events.” Thanks for your help! I think it’s good to go now.
Thanks for your continued help! Here’s the test I just did —
I published a new event, set to occur on May 25, 2015. The total number of events increased by one and that event did appear in the admin dashboard > Events.
But when I edited the event to have occurred on May 15, 2015, the event no longer appeared in the admin dashboard > Events. The total number of events stayed the same.
What can I do from here?
I can’t view the database directly for that site, but I have an old version of the site on my dev server. That old version of the site is having the same issue.
WP 4.5.2
Events Manager 5.6.3There are three past events for the old site, and I can see those three in the wp_em_events table. But on the admin dashboard, I cannot see the three events listed. I do see All (3) | Published (3).
