If you upload the files via ftp, they won’t be visible in Media Manager, you have to upload them using wp media manager.
We try to recreate the issue and we’ll come up with a fix.

The plugin itself won’t display post author, it display the preacher, in your case theme templates are used instead of plugin templates.
You can try two things:
1. Create a page and use the shortcodes
2. Go to plugin settings and check this option “Enable template files found in the /views folder”
2 mins later is solved, just missed the post id.
Hey, I am talking about plugins/sermon-manager-for-wordpress/views/... , i need to copy this files to template root, otherwise are ignored.
I use the plugin together with Gantry5 framework.
