Same problem here. They are in the Media Library, they show up in the Edit Post, they are find in the Preview Changes in the Publish Box Top Right, just not on the webpage.
When I hover over them on the webpage, I can click and the full size image opens in a separate window.
I am running 4.1.1.
Any suggestions would help.
OK I have one more piece of info. This post is an edited version after I updated to 4.1.1
After updating, the images disappered. So I edited the post and added images back into the post and they dont show up.
I created a test post and dropped in one of the same images and published and it shows up.
SO the problem for me is images in Edited posts.
