Hi Dave,
Thank you for the fast response and consideration of my request.
Ron
Hi,
I’m a local courier driver and have been using Live Traffic on my smartphone for years to monitor customer orders. I too have noticed Live Traffic often stops refreshing after about 15 minutes. This has always worked up until the last update.
Testing this further on my desktop gets the same results. ‘Pause live updates when window loses focus’ has always been set to OFF.
NOTE: My site gets very little traffic and I think this occurs during periods of no activity on the site. This may be the key in finding the answer as to why other sites don’t seem to have a problem. Thanks in advance!
I think I see what might be causing this issue.
I will mark this issue resolved for now while I correct my formatting and retest. Thanks

In reply to: [Payment Plugins Braintree For WooCommerce] Saving Payment MethodsWow, that was a fast response.
Option #2 worked to display the credit card form in Payment Methods.
BUT, I don’t see the checkbox to Save the credit card in the Checkout page.
Also, the credit card form now shows the Street Address field under the Credit Card Number, Exp Date, CVV and Postal Code entry fields (in Payment Methods). I don’t see this in the Checkout page.I think it best I update WC and a few other related plugins. At least I know the source of this issue before I start updating.
Thank you!

In reply to: [Payment Plugins Braintree For WooCommerce] Saving Payment MethodsHi, and thank you for the great plugin and fast response!
To answer your questions:
• I do not see the credit card form in Add Payment Method.
• The problem does persist when the plugins are disabled.
• The lock I mentioned in checkout was (as I recall) an icon next to the checkbox to save the payment method. I just noticed there is a lock in the checkout page payment form that is for the CVV code. Maybe I just don’t recall correctly how the save payment option should be displayed (sorry). When I compare the credit card form in my Checkout page against what is displayed in My Account> Payment Methods> Add Payment Method ONLY the radio button with the Title Text and Credit Card Icons are shown. The actual credit card entry form is missing.
My debug log does show this:
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method WC_Checkout::get_checkout_fields() in /mysite.xyz/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woo-payment-gateway-pro/templates/myaccount/add-payment-method.php on line 10Line 10: = $fields = $checkout->get_checkout_fields( ‘billing’ );
I’m not sure what this could mean. Does the payment plugin require a minimum version of Woocommece? My version is a bit dated – 2.6.14.
Thank you!
Hi,
I logged into your web site and noticed there was an update that wasn’t shown on WordPress.org (nor did I get a plugin update notice).
First, I’m impressed the changes especially the credit card number masking options. Now a question, will I receive plugin updated notices from the WordPress plugin page?
And finally another feature request for future updates. Would it be possible to allow the Credit Card icons to be manually arranged? I really would like to emphasize Visa and Mastercard before Amex and Discover.
Also, the icons are small and there is not much visual difference between some of the non-US cards.Thank you for the plugin update.
Hi,
This is very good new!
Thank you (and sorry for the late reply)
Hi,
Thank you for considering this in a future update!
This is a bit odd that you display
“Visa ending in 1111” – in the My Accounts>Payment Methods, but then you display
“Visa – 411111******1111” – in customer emailed receipts.
I’m sure it’s compliant but wouldn’t it be wise to make customers feel secure instead of having to explain a legal issue to them since this is not normal?

In reply to: [Payment Plugins Braintree For WooCommerce] Sandbox QuestionsBelow is a copy/paste of my very first post. How many times to I have to state that I HAVE used this PayPal option and don’t like it. WHY DO YOU KEEP BRINGING THIS UP????
You never answered the question of can text be added near the PayPal BUTTON to instruct a customers to click on it and not the ‘Place Order’ button? If I cannot add instrctions I would like to not use this PayPal option but instead only display the Google Materail Design custom form WHICH HAS AMONG THE CREDIT CARD CHOICES – A PAYPAL ICON. To test this I would need a PayPal Card test number.

– When I use ‘PayPal Options’ I see a ‘Place Order’ button that does nothing but confuse the order flow for a customer. I found that I need to click the ‘PayPal’ button do proceed with checkout. Is there a way to disable/hide the ‘Place Order’ button? OR is there a way to add text instructions to the ‘PayPal’ button area?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Payment Plugins Braintree For WooCommerce] Sandbox QuestionsAre you always this condescending with your customers? In my very first entry I stated I had tested the PayPal option.
I would like to test a PayPal transaction in Custom Form (where there is an icon along with credit card icons).
Maybe you could just let someone in the forum respond. It just seems like you won’t admit there is no PayPal card number after you said there DEFINITELY was one on the support page.Forum: Plugins
