I certainly understand your concern and offer my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
It would be great if you can email us the URL address of your website, the theme and the other plugins you’ve installed with the theme. As soon as we get this information we could install it on a sample WordPress blog to see what’s happening?

We’d love to help, but first we need to see the complete address of the page on your site where you’re seeing the problem. Please note this is not the address of your home page but the address of a page which has the AddThis buttons installed on it.

There have been many reports of issues with version 5.0.9 of our plugin. We’re still unable to replicate them locally, but we have a potential fix based on the error message users are seeing. If you’d like to try out this version let me know your email address and I can attach it to a reply.

Sorry for the late reply.
– You need to change the mode to addthis.com to get the sidebar sharing with counters.
– You can use the plugin with the dashboard (addthis.com) mode activated. Just activate the share button from the dashboard. You can’t mix both the plugin config and dashboard config together. Only the chosen one will work at a time. Now the WordPress config is working and hence the sharing sidebar with counter and recommended tools won’t show up. I suggest you to activate the dashboard mode to enjoy the Pro privileges.
– I checked the share count and its showing the total shares through AddThis buttons.
