In reply to: [WordPress Share Buttons Plugin – AddThis] AddThis buttons is not showingHi there,
I can see that profile Id under the email address you provided. But now I am not seeing our plugin installed in your website. Did you remove it?
Thanks,

In reply to: [WordPress Share Buttons Plugin – AddThis] AddThis buttons is not showingHi there,
Thank you for contacting AddThis support.
I can see that you are using Cache plugin, and I think that is probably the problem. Please clear the cache in that plugin and check to see if that resolves the issue. You will have to clear the cache any time you make a change to the AddThis plugin settings.
If that doesn’t work, you should check if it works with the cache plugin disabled (at least just for a test). It could also be a theme issue, but that’s unlikely because our CSS is being added to the page.
Feel free to contact us for more questions.

In reply to: [WordPress Share Buttons Plugin – AddThis] Changing URL addthisHi there,
To instruct Facebook and many other services what to show in a share or preview on the Newsfeed, you need to specify Open Graph meta tags in the template. I would suggest adding the Open Graph tags (og:image, og:description, og:title, and og:url) to each of your pages. You can also make use of some plugin to add the open graph.
Here’s some more information on Open Graph tags:

In reply to: [WordPress Share Buttons Plugin – AddThis] Custom Email TemplateHi balex66,
Have you tried sending the email? The email popup won’t show the actual custom template that will be sent, but it should work once it’s received by the recipient.
I went to your website and shared it via email service and the custom email template is working for me without any issues. Here’s the screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/q2rhgLG.png.
Feel free to contact us for more questions.
