It seems that you have used a third-party plugin for the gallery slider and the issue seems to be the compatibility.
Our plugin works fine with the default WooCommerce gallery slider. You can try that by deactivating the gallery slider plugin.
In order to make the third-party plugin work, the compatibility issue should be fixed.

In the subtotal of cart page, you can see each applied coupons with respective discount amounts in separate rows. But in this plugin, applied coupons are displayed in the discount form modal and not in the subtotal section. When multiple coupons are applied, it would take significant amount of space when displaying all of them separately in the cart subtotal. So, in order to avoid the spacing issue, it has been designed that way.
But, if we come up with the better design solution, we’ll definitely implement it in the future.

Answering your questions
- We’ve figured out the issue. We’ll release an update fixing this issue soon. For now please disable the option, “Hide shipping costs until an address is entered”, inside WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping options if you have enabled it.
- Have you enabled the option, “Display applied coupons”, in the Coupon Options section? If not enable it and you’ll see the name of applied coupon below the coupon form.

It seems you are using WooCommerce block to the products in the shop page. Currently, our plugin does not have the support for the WooCommerce block. But in the near future we’ll have support for it and we’ll notify you.
