Looks like WordPress 4.5 messed up a bunch of plugins and one of my plugins was not up-to-date even though it said was, and that was causing my problem. Site is working great again!

Thanks for checking back in on this post, glad to see you got your issue resolved but I still suffer from this problem. Not sure what the root is.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Cannot select all for bulk deleteI’m suffering from this issue as well, and tried the troubleshooting steps provided by Lorro above. I DID find javascript errors and I was hoping someone with skill in that sort of thing would be able to tell me what the issue is. I posted a screenshot of the console below:
