The issue is now fixed once I reinstall the plugin. Actually the issue came after changing theme. Now it is working fine. Thanks for your response.

Hello All,
My problem is fixed now. Header is visible on both desptop and mobile devices. I just changed the style to Neve 3.0 from customize section. You can also try the same to is if it solve your problem as well.
