We have just checked the link that you provided but looks like the facebook counter is working fine.
This http://www.mbaprepadvantage.com/blog/dartmouth-tuck-interview-mba-associate-director-kristin-roth/ link has 10 facebook shares and showing properly. Can you please check and confirm. If the share counts are not appearing correctly you can disable the cache to check it. And please clear the cache if the cache is being used.

Do you mean the email is not being received to the provided email address? Do you receive other emails from your site such as update notifications etc ? Please check once by doing a forget password and check if the password reset links lands on your admin email.

Are you asking for support for the “Accesspress social share”? If yes please ask in that plugins support thread.
FYI we have already release an update of a plugin with the facebook share counter issue and please note that all you share counts will not be lost. So in the lastest version of plugin you need to crate facebook APP and enter the facebook APP id and APP secret and the share counter should work fine.

Do you mean still you are not getting any facebook share counts and all are showing zero after adding the facebook APP id and APP secret in the miscellaneous settings and doing the clearing of the cache? Have you made the facebook app live?

With the change in facebook graph API to version 2.7 the share count that we are using is no longer supported due to which the counts are appearing zero but we have already released an update of a plugin with this bug fix. Have you updated the plugin to version 4.1.8? If yes and still the counter is not working then please create a facebook APP and enter the facebook APP id and facebook APP secret in the miscellaneous settings then the counter should work fine.
But if you have enabled the cache please clear the cache after entering the APP id and APP secret.
