I did everything you asked and they finally contacted me today. They asked for admin access and I gave it to them. Now, my gallery’s are all not working correctly and pictures are disappearing again. This is way to much trouble. Can you please refund me for the cost of the plugin. This is all to much and to slow to be resolved.

Same problem here!! It’s driving me CRAZY! I will spend hours uploading photos, putting them in a gallery and then watch as they fade away over a couple weeks. Then, I have to go back and try to figure out a way to upload them again.
Not doing anything different or adding any plugins! The site will be working fine and then it will just spin like the previous poster is experiencing. Something is wrong here and we need a fix.
Also, Its near impossible to create a gallery and expect it to work the first time when using image browser. The first picture inevitably will not load. You can then click on the arrow and the next one will load fine(until it disappears) and then go backwards to the “first” pic and it will then show up. However it will not show up again on a new site visit.
