I have one concern regarding the manual refresh option you mentioned.
You said that in the free version, reviews can be synchronized manually every 10 days. However, I’m unable to find any “Refresh” or “Sync Now” button in the plugin settings.
Currently, when a new Google review is posted:
It does not appear in the widget
The only way I can fetch new reviews is by disconnecting the existing Google connection
Then going through the full 4-step setup again to recreate the widget
Only after doing this do the new reviews appear.
Could you please clarify:
Where exactly is the manual refresh option located in the free version (menu name or setting path)?
Is it supposed to be a visible button in the UI, or does it require regenerating the widget or shortcode?
What is the correct method to trigger the 10-day manual refresh?
Or is recreating the widget the only way to refresh reviews in the free version?
I can share screenshots or debug information if needed.
