ok there! My problem is solved !

by the way my reply would be a solution to other,

My problem was created by a plugin and that was “woocommerce checkout manager ”

and it caused the latency(after 50-60 second) of processing after clicking “place order ” button and also cause some other problems too.

so I deactivate that plugin and use another plugin for editing checkout page .

No I don’t use any separate plugin to restrict the payment gateway as per the shipping/billing address. everything was working fine but don’t know now why this is happening now did you check my site checkout page and did you notice that place order button is working clicking after 30-50 seconds !why this is happening ?
