I added the code that WordPress told me to add. it looks like this:

No, it’s not a windows server. It needs to be rebooted because of high amounts of traffic my blogs get, and without WP Super Cache the server just can’t handle it.
I’d rather not give out my blog URL in here if you don’t mind.
