It is not possible to sort by last name.You can show a listing on top by marking it as “Featured”.
But you can push any listing to top of listings page by marking this listing as ‘Featured'(screenshot https://prnt.sc/otw1fx).Its not necessary but you may read the documentation. https://directorist.com/docs/monetization/monetization/featuring-listings-free/
