You can order location list alphabetically from sidebar widget options.
To do that, please
1. Go to “Appearance > Widgets”.
2. Expand the Location Widget.
3. Select “Name” from “Order By” dropdown option.
4. Select “Ascending” from “Sort By” dropdown option.
5. Click on Save
