We visited your site and noticed that our plugin is currently deactivated, in order to investigate the issue it is necessary to be activated our plugin. Also make sure that our default pages are linked properly in Directorist settings ( Directory listings > Directory Settings > Pages, Links & Views ).

We checked your site in mobile view but could find any issue with listing image size, the image size we see seems ok to us. Screenshot:

If you copy and past the shortcode from here to your site it won’t work (we have found that the quotation marks are changed), so please write it manually as we showed.

It is not possible to change in current version of Directorist but we have noted it down in our feature list and you will be able to see it in the upcoming versions.
