It can happened for several reasons, for an example, conflicting with another plugin. Please deactivate all the plugins except for this one to see if the issue persists. If the problem goes away, re-activate and test each plugin to see if you can determine which plugin the problem originates from.Hi Mubashir,
Thank you for using our plugin. We are glad to know that you have finally found your desired plugin.You can change the permalink of single category, tag or any other page from dashboard. When you activated Directorist we created some required pages for the plugin automatically. You can find them in “Pages” menu in dashboard.
Go to there, look for the page that you would like to customize (in your case “Single Location”, “Single Tag”) and edit the page. Now from Permalink metabox (on right side), change URL Slag by your preferred one. Screenshoot: https://imgur.com/138WIhB

The table contents are coming from the Easy Table of Contents plugin, to fix the problem you have to exclude Directory listings from the settings of this plugin.
To do that, go to Settings >> Table of Contents and uncheck Directory listings from Enable Support and Auto Insert and save changes.
