The location pin problem on Google Maps is causing for theme or plugin conflict. Directorist uses Google Map API for displaying Google Map, on the other hand, your theme or other plugin is also enqueuing Google Maps API, therefore this conflict is happening.So, to fix it, one of the repeated API must need to be dequeued. Please contact your theme or plugin developer team for the support.
Would you please share with us more information about how did you fix your email issue, so that we can ensure if the issue was from our side or not. It will help us to take appropriate action on this matter.

Is your SMTP server configured correctly? or can you send emails from your site? To check it, please send a test email from your site (we recommend Contact Form 7), if email doesn’t reach to the inbox, then that means your SMTP is not configured correctly, in this case, you can use WP SMTP plugin or contact to your hosting service provider.

Currently, there is no page template available for the single listing page, that’s why you are having trouble in customizing the single listing page with Elementor, but we already included page template support for the single listing page in our development version and hopefully, you will see it in the recent update.Hi,
We’ve visited your site, there we can see that map markers are already ungrouped, it looks like you already managed it. Currently, there is no option for disabling map cluster in Directorist, but we will add this option in upcoming updates.
