Hi Will, Sorry you’re having the same problem! I think it’s a problem with jetpack if you change domains or reactivate it. I had an email from Jeremy Herve asking me to set up this thread yesterday but no contact since. I’m hoping for a positive response today, if I get it resolved I’ll let you know.

greychic.comI now have stats back but they are still reverting to zero, can anyone advise how to restore them?
I changed domain names, had a few problems and was advised by bluehost tech to deactivate then reactivate plugins, when i did that with jetpack i lost stats, reverting back to zero. Also now when I try and look at stats I get this message

If you have just installed the WordPress.com Stats plugin, this error probably appeared because the API key entered in the plugin belongs to a different WordPress.com user account.
The owner of the API key must visit this site’s stats page to grant access.
