When I go to Analytics and check web stream details it says Data collection isn’t active for your website. But then when I click on Installation Instructions and then Test your Website I get a green tick!
I have done as you suggest, disabled consent mode and kept the GDPR compliance activated. Checking the real time reporting tool when I am on the website it is not showing any users.
When I go to Analytics and check web stream details it says Data collection isn’t active for your website. If you installed tags more than 48 hours ago, make sure that they are set up correctly. But this was all set up and working ok up to the 17th March when it stopped reporting any users
Everything was working fine with Analytics and Adsense in the past until Google decided to change everything to GA4 and Sitekit!!! As an amateur it has become far too complicated and time consuming!
Perhaps my best bet is to delete my Adsense and Analytics accounts and start again from scratch … when I have a spare day to focus on it!

Hi, thanks for this but it’s not a decrease in traffic, traffic has gone to zero! I will turn off the GDPR Cookie Compliance and see what happens
Hi, No traffic since the update and have uploaded the site health info to the form.
I’ve tried to connect our Google Adsense to Sitekit but having issues, but I would prefer to keep consent mode activated so when I have more time I can get Adsense connected.
