1) Did you activate the plugin?
2) Make sure that your web browser is not blocking it
3) Still not working? Delete the plugin from your server and then try to upload the files again.
4) Email the plugin creator.
Are you going to embed them into a post. If you just want to display them in the sidebar, just get a flickr – wordpress plugin. There are tonnes of plugins. Just google flickr wordpress plugin.
