Is this the value you´ve asked for at first (in the php.ini file)? Can´t I change that myself? Why is this still necessary?

inserting “define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’64M’ );” to the wp-setting.php file has resolved the problem.

the hosting provider’s support says I shall create an user.ini file. So far I have not received their settings for that.

I´ve contacted my hosting provider. Indeed my memory is not exhausted so far.
The memory size set in the php.ini file is “64M”, whatever that means!? Does it help you?
