Yes when i add white list to my ip. it working now. But am i have to do this always ? home office or other wifis or internets ?

Yes i can be able to add. when i activate cleand talk i can not.

interesting i am checking on my desktop without a vpn . its working. same place i am trying my laptop not working. do you have any idea?

Nope standart , also i have install elemantor plugin but not post front page. but when i use vpn its working with no problem.

where can i find my ip

with ipconfig ?
