Hi @bycrik, I can confirm that I did not have any other plugin to perform this management, even so I also turn off the rest of plugin and still does not work.
I will try to install a different theme this weekend, when less visits on the web and I will comment here the result.

Hi @bycrik, I have the same problem as @thaotran-1.
The cart subtotal does not recognise the increase in the number of products, however the cart page total does.
Any solutions or recommendations?

El subtotal del carrito no reconoce el aumento del numero de productos, sin embargo el el total de la pagina de carrito si lo hace.
¿Alguna solución o recomendación?.
