Hi Champ
I have the same issue – users are able to register and create their profiles.Each user can complete and see their own profile but not other members profiles (only the profile picture shows) and a message saying This user has not added any information to their profile yet even though they have. I hope this shed more lite on the issue.

Yes, you are right I had multiple UM Profile shortcodes on the User Page – (there is no default profile page) so I created Profile pages with the relevant shortcodes, but it did not resolve the issue.
