You should be able to add the WordPress App directly from your hosting control panel. I am not sure if you have seen the support material we have available or not yet? You may find the below helpful in doing this:
If you have tried following this and you are still experiencing difficulties you can send your details, such as domain name, over to customerexperience@123-reg.co.uk and I will be able to help you find out what is wrong and get it resolved ASAP.
