    newest version of wordpress and wp e-commerce.

    customer just placed an order – it recorded the name and address, payment went through okay – but under the items and quantities it’s completely blank. Hoping it sent something to Stripe, I checked the log, and it reads “false.”

    I did a test payment gateway and tried it myself – same results.

    Here’s my transaction-

    You ordered these items:
    Name Price Quantity Item Total

    Total Shipping: $5.75
    Total: $19.08

    On the sales log, for the order and the test order, it says “0 items.”

    I need this fixed *tonight*!

    please see other thread: “WordPress 4.4 Problems With Plugin”. The fix given there will most likely work for you.

    I had the webhost roll the site back to the previous day. Not an issue I wanted to fiddle with during my busiest time period. Hopefully it gets fixed post-holidays.

    This should be fixed in version 3.11.1
