Hi there!

We have a problem with the profile photo upload. You can register on our site (https://staging2.50connect.co.uk/) and see it by yourself. When we try to upload a new picture it says “Your image is invalid!”. We’ve done a conflict test by turning off all the plugins and changing the theme to 2019 but it didn’t help. This problem occurs only whit this plugin as we are able to upload media to the site and to the elementor.
Can you please help us?

Hi @sapiannik

What photo are you trying to upload? Is it a Profile Photo or Cover Photo? Or are you trying to upload an image with the Image Uploader field in a Form?

It’s profile photo. We’ve tried different image types like jpg, png, webp, different sizes but nothing works.

Could you please try adding this to your theme’s functions.php file and see if the issue still occurs?
```
function um_030421_custom_mime_types( $mimes ){
      
     $mimes['jpg|jpeg|jpe'] = 'image/jpeg';
     $mimes['gif' ] = 'image/gif';
     $mimes['png'] = 'image/png'; 

     return $mimes;
}
add_filter('upload_mimes', 'um_030421_custom_mime_types', 1, 1);
```

Hi @champsupertramp

Unfortunately, it didn’t help. I forgot to mention that the upload use to work correctly but not long ago something broke and we started to get the error message.
