Yet another theme question

Sorry to bother you guys with another Theme Switcher Question (this will hopefully be the last one! lol). I finially figured out how to get the theme switcher plugin to work and it works perfectly fine in IE. But when I go to check it out in Netscape, I switch the theme and when I click another link, it brings me back to the default. Does the plugin not work for other broswers? Or am I just doing something wrong?
