I use
<pre> tags for listings. I noticed that these areas have now a strange yellow background with WPtouch on mobile devices. If I remove the </pre>
<pre> tags, everything is normal. This issue was not in earlier version of WPtouch?! But I am unsure when it was introduced exactly.

I found the solution:

Open in wp-content/plugins/wptouch/themes/foundation/default the styles.css and serach for:
```
code, kbd, pre, tt {
	border: 1px solid #ffd478;
	word-wrap: break-word;
	background-color: #f2fdc7;
	padding: 5px;
}
```
Remove “pre” from the first line and the strange yellowish brackground is removed!! 😀

Still unbelievable that they did such a …. 🙁
