XMLRPC.PHP not accesible

I’m having this problem .. originaly i got 1 domain with hosting account then i have 1 addon domain which is http://www.tech2all.com actually pointing to tech2all.somedomain.com . tech2all.com set to the original domains /public_html/tech2all folder. ok now the situation is wordpress has been installed fine with tech2all.com as a root but whenever i request xmlrpc.php it returns me 404.

lets say i try http://www.tech2all.com/xmlrpc.php it gives me msgs like

“I’m sorry but there is nothing at the uri that you specified.

http://tech2all.code2all.com/xmlrpc.php

Please go back to the home page and try again.”

how to make xmlrpc.php accesible why it can’t find the file? Anyone can help me on this?
