XML into a post?

Hi all,

I have an affiliate astrology provider who is giving me daily horoscopes in XML format and I want to display these on my wordpress site.

Problem is, I have no idea where to start.

My provider has given me all of the XML details. I have the address for the XML File and the format/tags that are used in that file… But how do I get this into a wordpress page/post?

He says JSON is the way to go for wordpress but I have never had any experience with JSON or XML for that matter.

Is there somebody out there who could point me in the right direction?
