Looks like his site is currently down. All I could find right off is the Wuhan 0.3 theme.
AFAIK, 0.3 is the latest one there is. He fixed a couple of minor glitches in it, last year sometime I think, and that was the last update.
Try downloading that, see if there’s an offsite email address in there, and try contacting him that way.
Can’t really do anything unless he brings his site back up unless someone here can come up with a copy of it.
Most themes have a link back to the designer’s website. Take a look in Google and see if any of these folks are running the theme. Maybe one of them will zip up a copy and email it to you.
