Wrong WP message to new registered users

    Hello, I have a strange issue. when a new user registers to hasafa.net, WP sending a change password email. literally the following message, not a welcoming email!

    Hi ###USERNAME###,\n\nThis notice confirms that your password was changed on ###SITENAME###.\n\nIf you did not change your password, please contact the Site Administrator at\n###ADMIN_EMAIL###\n\nThis email has been sent to ###EMAIL###\n\nRegards,\nAll at ###SITENAME###\n###SITEURL###

    how can I fix that, please help!

    You’re sure users aren’t getting the password change screen instead of the registration screen? They are very similar.

    If a true problem, it’s likely due to errant plugin or theme code. Deactivate all plugins and switch to twentytwenty theme. The proper email should be sent. Restore your theme and plugins, one at a time. Test after each. When the problem recurs, the last activated module is the cause.
