Wrong Upload directory

Hi !
When i upload an image on a published article (ie in 2013-03) this image have been uploaded in 2014-04 directory (Modification date) not in 2013-03 directory (Publication date)

I have desactivate your plug-in and everything works fine !
Need an update ?
