Wrong timestamps

I have a huge problem … my timestamps are completely wrong; when I write a post, the timestamp on the writing page is correct, but when I post it, it shows up incorrectly; the day of the week is right (e. g. the 20th for today), but instead of 02. (february) I see 08 (august) or, yesterday, 03 (march). Has anyone an idea how to fix that?
