Wrong shortcode

    Hi,
    I note that in “HeartThis Settings” shows the use of the following shortcode: [heart_this_hearts]
    But this shortcode is not working, the correct shortcode is:
    [heart_this]
    as reported here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/heart-this/

    Little “misunderstanding”, but the plugin is very nice, I voted 5 stars.

    Thanks for the note. The shortcode changed a couple times during development and it looks like I forgot to change it there. I’ll make sure this is fixed in the next release.
