WPSC Tickets Module

I’m using the ticket plugin which uses the wordpress Shopping cart plugin.

Where can i go to get documentation on how to use this? The site doesn’t show this module.

I get the following message when generating a PDf:

I am also unable to create badges – how do i tun on this functionality?
