Wpml update

http://www.bbottelio.eu I have regular subscription for life. Plugin has been loaded by my webmaster and regular key is oDoPjwt12H) . I have also a blog http://www.bbottelioblog.com.
For blog I purchase another licenze. Well Updating Wpml on http://www.bbottelio.eu, I made en error, now the sistem is pointing to the blog registration. I investigate how to add / conferm the key on http://www.bbottelio.eu without success.
what shall I do?
