wp_insert_post problem/bug

Hi guys. If you could help me with this one I’ll owe you.
I am using wp_insert_post with add_post_meta($post_id, “_sale_price”, $priceCut);

All goes well. As you can see is a price on a shop, it appears on the custom fields, but the wp see’s that it doesn’t until I edit the page and manually update the post. After that it’s all good.
I really don’t know what to do.
