• Automatically upgraded to 3.0 When I tried to log into the dashboard through ( W/P admin ), I was greeted by a blank white page with with no W/P panel box. But when i log in http://www.mediumpsychichealer.com/wp-login.php i get the W/P panel box & don’t get the graphic. Site works but i can’t get to my dashboard (white screen) I tried to rename plugins through Filezilla & got this message W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /home/med/public_html/wp-content/db.php & the site stopped working with that message so i reversed it & left the plugins back site works again but still can’t get in to dashboard.
Can any one help with this cannot write any contents…

  • When you renamed the plugins directory did you remember to create a new directory and call it /plugins? Needs to find the directory even if empty.

    Yes

And assign it the same permissions as the old Plugins directory?

It definitly sounds like a plugin issue. ANd if you removed the plugins directory you should not have received any messages from W3 Total Cache.

I renamed it plugins_bak & made a new plugins directory.
Assign the same permissions? I right clicked in Filezilla file attributes are all blank numeric value has xxx.
    Thanks for your help

You would probably have to refresh Filezilla. Or just try browsing up a directory and then back to plugins. Then check the permissions. If there is no Permissions that definitly will not work.
