Wp to Wp Import

Hi Guys,
please help me! In these days to move my blog in the new one I’m going crazy!
I follow the instruction and I didn’t receive any message error! I mean:
1. On the old blog I exported the XML file! (121 KB)
2. On the new one I imported this file like WordPress Blog.

If I go on the new WP blog nothing appears!
I tried again but nothing happens!
I checked the file exported and it seems correct.
When I finish the import this message appears on the page: “The uploaded file could not be moved to /var/www/vhosts/grazianocasale.com/httpdocs/wp-content.” What does it mean?

please could someone help me in this trouble?
