WP Super Cache caching broken!

    Warning! WP Super Cache caching broken! The script advanced-cache.php could not load wp-cache-phase1.php.

    Please edit /hermes/bosoraweb111/b2732/ipg.wvasko/wp-content/advanced-cache.php and make sure the path to /home/www/webohrid.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/wp-cache-phase1.php is correct.

    I get this message after I transfer my site from one server to another.
    Also I dont get real number of twitter followers, is this connected to WP Super Cache?
