WP Super Cache

hullo am using WP Super Cache, i need to turn off Send non-secure (non https) request for homepage i have unchecked the box there is no saving option below. when i refresh still this box appears checked. what do i do some one kindly advice. refer to image url: https://www.fudchef.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/WhatsApp-Image-2023-01-06-at-11.04.52.jpeg
