WP Stops working

I had some permissions issues on my server and after fixing them, my WP stopped working. I eventually deleted everything and started over. Now when I can go to mysite/wp-admin and run the install then run the login, but if I try to go to the main site, it doesn’t work. A blank page appears immediately. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and check and rechecked PHP and MySQL. Both are setup correctly. And the WP-admin works. Does anyone know why this is doing this? Thanks.
