WP Post Ratings Genesis Framework?

How can i add the php code to the genesis theme from studiopress.

There is a blank single.php and a framework….

I don´t know how to add <?php if(function_exists(‘the_ratings’)) { the_ratings(); } ?> to my website http://www.maps-bezahlt.com.

Please help!
