WP multisite – problem registration with TML

    WP multisite – registration problem on the site with TML v 7.1.3 plugin installed.
    When going to the registration page https://site.com/login/ is redirected to the page https://site.com/signup/ on which nothing is displayed (no fields to enter information).
    At the same time – the registration form in WooCommerce are displayed correctly.
    Service pages: login, lostpassword, resetpass are displayed correctly.

    There is a problem on two multisite installations.

    Before switching to MULTISITE mode this problem did not exist and registration worked correctly.

    Disabling all plugins and changing the theme does not solve the problem.

    Need your help.

    Basic Configuration:
    WordPress 5.8.1
    PHP 7.4.24
    WooCommerce 5.7.1
